AFTER-SALES SERVICE
1. Purpose
Apothéos after-sales service concerns finished products sold on the Site (excluding customizations, which are not offered).
2. Eligible Products
Any Product with a proven defect (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, prolonged opening altering the product, etc.) may be subject to after-sales service examination.
3. Procedure
Write to contact@apotheos.fr with: order number, precise description, photos/video of the defect, batch/use-by date if applicable.
After analysis, Apothéos indicates the solution: replacement, simple repair (if applicable for accessories), reimbursement or reasoned refusal.
4. Time limits and costs
If the return is attributable to Apothéos (defect, preparation error), the return costs are covered.
In the event of an unjustified return after assessment, the Product may be returned to the Customer at their expense.
5. Exclusions
Opened and used products not subject to a quality defect;
Alterations linked to storage (heat, light, humidity), to the date of use exceeded, to improper handling;
Products purchased outside the apotheos.fr website (contact the reseller).
6. Availability of parts
For accessories, Apothéos does not guarantee the availability of spare parts beyond legal obligations, but will make its best efforts to offer a solution.
