    However, if a product does not fully satisfy you, we invite you to read our exchange and refund conditions:

    Exchanges

    • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.

    • The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging .

    • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a preparation error on our part.

    Refunds

    • Any refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

    • The corresponding amount will be re-credited using the initial payment method, within a maximum of 14 days .

    • Opened, used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

    Defective products or preparation error

    • If a product is defective or there is an error in your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
