You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.
The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a preparation error on our part.
Refunds
Any refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
The corresponding amount will be re-credited using the initial payment method, within a maximum of 14 days .
Opened, used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
Defective products or preparation error
If a product is defective or there is an error in your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
